House Rules and Policies Acknowledgment *

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS WITHOUT APPROVAL - only guests staying at Casa Bella Cruz allowed on the property. If you want to have visitors you MUST get permission from the hosts. This rule is to ensure the comfort and safety of the other guests.

Smoking - Smoking is NOT allowed inside rooms. Smoking is ONLY allowed on the rooftop Palapa when not bothering other guests. $500USD applied cleaning fee if smoking determined to have occurred inside room or other common areas.

Do not flush toilet paper or feminine products – please dispose of in trash bin provided. This is common here in Mexico, as town sewage system is not suitable for paper trash items.

Pool – swim at your own risk! Keep pool area neat and clean. NO glass near the pool area. If glass is broken by the pool, it will require the pool to be emptied and thoroughly cleaned the cost of this will be applied to the renter responsible.

Keys – Keyless entry for front door. Instructions will be given prior to arrival. Physical keys provided upon arrival for personal unit. Don’t lock yourself out of the house - if you do our host can assist. Please always lock front door when exiting property. Please do not lose your key, if lost there will be a fee.

Liabilities - We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident, or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded. You break it, you buy it. Please report any accidents or incidents to the property manager in connection with any property damage.
